I.Hermit House

We provide new quests for players to recruit the epic heroes for free. We also enhanced the function of One Star Epic Heroes. Players need to do the quests to obtain the quest items and then use them to recruit the epic heroes.

Hermit House Quest and Hero Recruitment

1. Hermit Quest

Hermit House has been added to the Resource Interface. Players can recruit the Epic Hero here.
Hermit’s Quest can be found in the new added quest tab which is between the main and daily quest.

2. Hermit House Quest Rule

Rule
Players need special items to recruit the heroes and all items are rewarded by the quests.
Four Hermit’s Quests reset every day after sever update.

Details
Quests are about Forge Workshop, Battle Arena, Escort Guardians Hunting and Steel Searching.

Reward
When the player returns the quest, he will get the quest items. The player cannot present or trade bound item with others in the Tribute token Mall.

You will get random number of Yellow Turban (5~10) Flags and Wei Kingdom Flags (0~5) by finishing Forge Workshop.
You will get random number of Wei Kingdom Flags (5~10) and Wu Kingdom Flags (0~5) by finishing Battle Arena.
You will get random number of Shu Kingdom Flags (5~10) and Wu Kingdom Flags (0~5) by finishing Escort Guardians Hunting.
You will get random numbers of Wu Kingdom Flags (5~10) and Yellow Turban Flags (0~5) by finishing Searching for Steel.

Quest Item
Item name: (1) Yellow Turban Flag, (2) Wei Kingdom Flag, (3) Shu Kingdom Flag and (4) Wu Kingdom Flag.

Different heroes different items requirements.

3. Hero Recruitment

One Star Epic Hero Status
Level of the free One Star Epic Hero recruited by players starts from Lv.1 and could be trained to Lv.100.

One Star Epic Hero gets the general special abilities which could only be seen and used when they reached Lv. 50.

Each free One Star Epic Hero is unique to the player.

If a free One Star Epic Hero has been exiled, you could recall him in the Career Center by spending resource (Not gold).

If the player has already got one or more of the 25 One Star Epic Heroes listed in the Hermit House before the update, only resource will be consumed for those heroes’ recall.  (No longer required gold)

Here are 25 one star epic Heroes. Some are unlimited recruiting, some are limited. As for limited recruiting heroes, first come first severed every day.

You can get at most 5 heroes of the Hermit’s House including those you recruited before update. If you want to change your hero you may need to dismiss other first.

One Star Epic Hero can use Panaceas and Preserving Bolus to reassign the status points up to 120. It is the same as Epic Hero’s.

Free One Star Epic Heroes will get their first skill bar when they are Lv.50.
You can recruit an exiled hero, but the level of the hero recalled will be reset to one.
Quest items will be consumed while recruiting a hero.

One Star Epic Hero will get the first free skill bar until lv 50. If you don’t want to wait you may use the gold.

Soul of Hermit Hero will not be obtained through Faction Quests any longer.

Recruiting Rule
Once you get enough quest items you can start to recruit the heroes you don’t have. Click the hero and the challenge button will become clickable.

You need to choose one of your heroes to challenge him.

Players’ hero will challenge a random level One Star Epic Hero.
　　
Winner will get the Epic Hero and quest item will be consumed. Both heroes will return to your list.

Loser will not get the Epic Hero and quest items will still be consumed. You can keep trying until they disappear or out of quest item requirement.

One Star Epic Hero won by the player has no equipment.

4.General Coalition Skill
Coalition Skill for the combination of unlimited recruiting heroes: Proc Rating 40%.

Coalition Skill for the combination of unlimited and limited recruiting heroes: Proc Rating 40%.

Coalition Skill for the combination of limited recruiting heroes: Proc Rating 40%.

Drop and Price Changes for Soul of Hero.

Soul of free One Star Epic Hero will not drop.

Soul of none free One Star Epic Hero will drop.

II. League Executive Command Function

1. Rule

League Executive Command User Interface includes: Battle Report Rapid Delivery, Resource Transport, Reinforcement, Apply for LEC, League Management and League Executive Command (LEC).

Battle Report Rapid Delivery, Resource Transport, Reinforcement and Apply for League Executive Command cannot be used for the first 60 days after the server has been opened.

If you are using Battle Report Rapid Delivery, Resource Transport or Reinforcement for the first time, you need to enter the password before using.

If currently the player A is using the Military Summary, Resource Transport or Reinforcement, the player B will get the prompt "Another player is working here now, please contact the League Leader for help."

If there is no action after entering LEC, the function will expire in 10 min and the player will exit the LEC.

Applying for LEC does not need password.

League Leader Management can only be used by League Leader.

The League can manage those cities have been granted by the applicants.

You cannot leave a League when you are using LEC.

LEC lasts 48hours. When expired, city will be removed from the lists.

News title: “LEC Expired”. Content: "Because you haven't logged in for 48 hours, your city has lost Executive Command privileges".

2.Battle Report Delivery

Battle Report Rapid Delivery Interface displays lord name, city name, coordinate, under attack, reinforcement.

Click the city name, you will enter command center directly. Only Summary and Deploy function can be used.

You can deploy and call back the army in Summary.

Only support mode is available.

3.Transportation Rule

Transpiration interface displays: lord name, city name, lumber, stone, iron and food.

Only Resource Transportation of your own cites is allowed currently.

After choosing the starting city, click Transport to configure.

4.Reinforcement Rule

Reinforcement interface displays the city name, coordinate, general and armies.

Click Reinforcement will enter the Deploy tab in Command Center.

Only Summary and Deploy in Command Center are accessible.

Only support mode is available.

In the Deploy interface, coordinate input must be league members’ cities.

If the army in the chosen city is not enough, the max available army number of the city will be deployed.

5.Rule of LEC Application

Players who have been in a league for less than 72 hours cannot apply for Leage Executive Command.

New Leagues cannot use the League Executive Command function for 72 hours after inception.

Players can grant one or more cities to League.

When the player clicked Grant button, the city could be managed by the league.
The cities have been successfully granted, could be cancelled by the player anytime. Once been cancelled the cities would no longer be controlled by the league.

If the player chooses to grant all the cities, new built cities will also be added to the LEC automatically.

If the player chooses grant all the cities, only cancel button is clickable.

Cities whose LEC has been cancelled cannot use League Executive Command in the next 6 hours. The player can apply 6 hours later.

6.Rule for League Command
Only the league leader can enter and operate on the League Leader Management.

If the player has the privilege, after entering, the window will prompt for password.
Password can only be set and modified by league leader.

Password changing will not affect the current LEC operation but the next.

League Leader Management interface displays IDs who are using Battle Report Rapid Delivery, Resource Transport or Reinforcement function.

In League leader Management window, Leader can kick the player to cancel their operations.

The player whose management privileges cancelled will not be able to use the League Executive Command function in one minute.

If League Leader has not logged on in 5 days, management of the Executive Command will be been given to the league player of the highest contribution who has logged on in the recent 24 hours.

7. Security Rule
Password could be reset by the league leader if the he forgot.

System will clear all LEC cities from the list and inform the players if password has been reset.

After the leader reset the password, LEC password will also be canceled.
 
League member cannot grant their cities to the league until new password has been set by the leader.

League member cannot use Battle Report Rapid Delivery, Resource Transport or Reinforcement functions until new password has been set.

III. Auto Build Changes

1. Auto Build
Auto Build is available after using Emperor's Order.
Auto Build can only be used on those buildings above Lv.1

Auto build works on Lv.0 Farmland, Stone Mine, Iron Mine, Timberland and Mill.
The player can queue up to 20 buildings to Auto Build.

Buildings in the waiting list can be canceled any time.
Resource will be consumed when the current task starts.

The current Auto Build task in the queue will not be executed until you have reached the resources requirement.

If a player demolishes a building listed in Auto Build queue, the levels of the same building in the queue will be demoted one by one.

You cannot use Auto Build and Auto Demolish the same construction at the same time.
Auto build cannot be used on Mansion and Annexe.

2. Auto Demolish
Auto Demolish will be available after using Emperor's Order.
Auto Demolish and Auto Build task are executed at the same time. Only on Auto Demolish queue will be showed.

You cannot add a building to Auto Build and Auto Demolish queue at the same time.
Auto Demolish function cannot be used on the construction that is in building.

Auto Demolish cannot be used on Mill, Iron Field, Quarry, Logging Camp, Lv.1 Governor’s House, Timberland, Farmland, Stone Mine, Iron Mine, City Wall and Tower.

To those buildings listed in Auto Demolish queue, if you demolish it by using Instant Finish function，the levels of the building in the queue will be demoted automatically.

If the demolishing task of a building in the queue has been cancelled, the levels of the same building that is waiting in the Auto Demolish list will be demoted one by one.

If a player builds a building that has already listed in Auto Demolish, the level of the building in the Auto Demolish queue will be promoted one by one.

IV. General Coalition for Stronghold Campaign

During deployment period, only the league leader can choose and set the General Coalition.

General Coalition deployed by players that listed can only be chosen as a group and you cannot choose one of the heroes from the coalition.

League Leader can set General Coalitions for attacking camp and defending camp separately. Heroes of attacking camp can only affect attacking camp, as to defending camp, vice versa.

You need 30 Tiger Token to set the General Coalition for the attacking camp and 20 for the defending camp.

You could change your coalition anyway before the battle started without paying again.
Once the stronghold has been reset, you need the Tiger Token to reassign your coalition.

If the league leader doesn’t set any coalition, system will assign 2 random ones.
If there isn’t any hero in the army, no coalition will be assigned.

General Coalition will affect the whole attacking camp or defensing camp but not the single army.

The calculation and death rule for the General Coalition will be in accordance with the current game mode.

The players who were chosen to fight will get more rewards.



V. Fee Adjustment

Price for status points reassignment has been adjusted.



VI.UI/UE Changes

Tips for scouting faction quests have been changed.

Hero selecting in Faction Map has been modified.

Page number has been added to Faction Reward.



VII. Adjustment for Detailed Settings

Number of lists in the Command Center has been changed.
Tips for upgrade have been added to the hero list.

Rule of order has been added to hero list.
Tip for relocating city has been added.

Privacy function for Lucky Roulette (Chest) has been added.
Batch Disenchant function has been added.

Remaining time for hero's soul will now display.
Color of Exile button in Governor’s House has been changed.

Ruse of the Beauty A random male hero of the enemy will not fight.
"Devil's Eye Demolisher will get a chance to destroy the hidden warehouse.

IX．Governor’s Work

Popularity has been added, can be increased through quest finished by governor, which can boost the food production.

In the later updates, more bonuses will be added which will make the different governor more useful.

Governor’s work can be finished 10 times a day. Each time 99 health will be consumed.
Finishing the governor’s work will increase the popularity according to the politic attribution of the governor. One politic is equal to 10 popularity points.

Popularity can be used to increase the food production which lasts 3 days.

Upgrade item can be purchased from the system venders.
Upper limit will not be affected by outpost changing but those level higher than 10 will be decreased to 10.


XII．Settings Adjustment

Quest Interface Changes

1. Quest Interface has been changed to emphasize the reward.
2. Quest star rank has been added to help the player do the quest .

Other Changes
1. Hero batch interview has been added to the game, which will reduce the repeat action when recruiting.
2. The button size of chatting window has been reduced.
3. Recent used items will now be listed in Treasury interface to help the player find it quickly.

X．Super Field [Currently Unavailable]

1. There are 14 random points on the map, one field to each State.
2. In all 14 points there are 2 18fields 5 17fields and 7 16fields.
3. Two 18fields will not appear in the neighboring states.
4. Defending NPC troops on each fields.

XI．Capital Outpost

This is a new way for the player to enhance their sub cities.Capital Outpost can greatly increase the max limit of the fields to 20.
