S7 Liu Bei, a populist bringing hope
In battle of Chibi, Cao Cao was duped into linking all his boats together and losing most his troop by a prepense fire. Cao Cao had to take a needed breather in north after defeated, while, Liu Bei, a posterity of Han Dynasty, got a chance to develop himself in the south-west of China. The situation was better because the Three Kingdoms almost came into being. The nation was divided but better than the time when being ruled by fierce Cao Cao only.
People were hoping to live in a country ruled by populist Liu Bei. But the world is still an unrest one. They need to build their strength in secret and prepare for the pitched battles.

Note:
Each account on each server is limited to purchase Welcome VIP Gift Pack only once. All the items in Welcome VIP Gift Pack are bound and cannot be sent as a gift.

[Event Two] All Resources Level 10!

Details:
(1) Players who complete upgrading all the resource fields not lower than level 7 before Jan. 29th 23:59 (PST), will get a Minister's Order (3 days)!
(2) Players who complete upgrading all the resource fields not lower than level 9 before Feb. 1th 23:59 (PST), the system will automatically upgrade 3 pieces of your resource field to level 10 randomly.
Note:
The reward will be given at 0:00---3:00(PST) in the following day.
The Minister's Order (3 days) can give you 2 extra places in the building queue for three days.
[Event Three] Two Day Max-out
Time: Jan.29th 0:00 --- Jan.30th 23:59, 2010 (PST)

During these days, one of your four resources in the main city will be randomly chosen to reach its maximum capacity. We recommend you to upgrade your Warehouse and Granary to make the most out of this limited-time offer.
Note:
Each account may only max-out once daily. The event will be triggered the first time you sign in each day.
[Event Four] Tears of Sorrow, Tears of Joy!
Comedy or tragedy, life is like a box of chocolate, you never know what you may get. But for Three Kingdoms Online, your loss will be compensated!

During the event dates (see above), players with top 10 ranking of Defense Point will be rewarded with a Granary max-out (full food) to compensate for the invasions they have withstood.
Note:
The Defense point ranking is calculated at 0:01(PST) on Feb. 4th and 7th respectively, your prize should arrive before 3:00. Each player is eligible to win this prize twice.
[Event Five] Knighthood and Lordship!
Time: Feb.9th 0:00 --- Feb.15th 23:59, 2010 (PST)

During this event, each Tribute Token will contribute 158 Contribute Value instead of the standard 140. You can also win a limited-version special item for your hero if you reach a new nobility level during this period

Note:
A standard Tribute Token yield 140 points of Contribution Value. During this event the value will increase to 158 per Tribute Token, and the effect of Tribute Token returns to normal after this period.
